Data Deletion Instructions
Disconnect an Instagram account
- Sign in to StoryTandem.
- Open Instagram accounts.
- Open the account’s action menu and choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. StoryTandem removes the connection and locally stored conversations associated with it from that workspace.
Request complete account deletion
Contact StoryTandem through the StoryTandem website. Include the email address used to sign in and identify the workspace you want deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless information must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
