Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of StoryTandem.
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using StoryTandem, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use StoryTandem for a creator, team, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that party.
2. The service
StoryTandem provides tools that help authorized creators and their teams manage Instagram conversations and related workflows. Features may change as the service develops. Beta features may be incomplete, modified, or discontinued.
3. Accounts and authorized access
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for the activity of users invited to your workspace.
4. Instagram and third-party services
StoryTandem depends on services provided by Meta and Instagram. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, approvals, API behavior, account actions, or platform changes, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Instagram.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use StoryTandem to violate laws or third-party rights; send spam, harassment, deceptive messages, or prohibited content; access accounts or data without authorization; bypass platform limits or security controls; introduce malicious code; disrupt the service; scrape or resell the service; or use Instagram data for purposes unrelated to the features authorized by the connected account.
6. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant StoryTandem the limited rights necessary to process that content and carry out actions you request, such as displaying or sending messages. You are responsible for your messages, workflows, approvals, and compliance with applicable marketing, privacy, and communications laws.
7. StoryTandem rights
StoryTandem and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains authorized.
8. Fees
Certain features may be offered through paid plans. Prices, billing periods, limits, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before a charge is made. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using StoryTandem and disconnect Instagram accounts at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected platforms, or the service; investigate suspected violations; comply with law; or address nonpayment. We may terminate access for material or repeated violations of these terms.
10. Disclaimers
StoryTandem is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every third-party event, continued access to third-party APIs, or that the service will meet every business requirement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryTandem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as StoryTandem evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
